DESIGN

Our designers apply their artistic talents toward the creation and production of fabrics and materials. They work with clients and design teams to make fabrics, often using software specifically for design processes, such as textile computer-aided design (CAD) software.Designers also create designs to use on fabrics, whether by drawing or using CAD software, and then produce these designs for wide use on specific materials.

 

SOURCING

At Sire Rugs We source best of quality yarn whether wool, polyester , wool nylon or cotton blend. It is essential to our ethos that the yarn is only sourced from suppliers that adhere to our environmental standards. For almost two decades we have only worked with suppliers that partake in our auditing process to ensure that the standard continues to be met year after year.

Our yarns compliance with international standard means our sourcing process is environmentally preferable and can pass that guarantee onto our clients.

PRODUCTION

We believe in continuous work progress. That’s why we have set up a large infrastructure to run all production operations very smoothly. We have a wide range of looms as per industry standards. We have an experienced team of employees who exactly know their jobs. They put all their efforts into each & every part of production & quality assurance. We produce a large number of rugs in our production area.That’s why we have a reasonable infrastructure of looms and tufting machines as per industry standards

PACKING AND DESPATCH

The finishing and dispatch is being done under one roof. We have seperate section for packing and shipment despatch. Befor Packing Every piece is thoroughly checked and inspected to ensure utmost quality standards,
After packing we Despatch goods to our clients from their trusted shipment vendors
